On-shore construction of 2 main 27,5m high and 3000T heavy piles, which are hoisted into the canal by Europe’s second-largest crane vessel.
Construx supplied a full service, including the formwork day-by-day program and all required calculations:
- 2100m² of Tricon, Conalu and Conflex shuttering panels
- Bespoke formwork for the oval shaped front of the piles
- Climbing brackets on the outside of the piles
- Bespoke climbing platforms on the inside of the piles
