Fertilizer silos in Dublin
Approximately 1300m’ of 6,7m high concrete walls for 2 large silos.
A fair-faced finish was obtained with the use of 2 sets of 10,5m long and 6,875m high custom-built Mega shuttering:
- Heavy-duty modular panels with a 5mm stainless steel sheeting
- Small joints in between the panels because the sheets lie on top of the profiles
- A 10T/m² capacity of the panels creates extremely flat surfaces
- The stainless-steel sheeting is easy to clean
